At the heart of The Wharf, Incanto is a sophisticated, modern apartment residence boasting the only city views in DC’s newest waterfront destination. Incanto, derived from Latin for “I sing,” embodies the resident’s satisfaction of having ‘arrived.’ Black and white typography paired with confident and colorful vignettes express a wide range of lifestyle options in a neighborhood that is its own amenity. Positioned as “Cityside of The Wharf,” Incanto is ambitious and rebellious, yet discerning and independent. The leasing package, from carrier to website to brochure to business cards, has contributed to a successful pre-opening buzz and lease-up program.

Hickok Cole Creative delivered a comprehensive branding and marketing package to Incanto with a scope of services that included strategy, art direction, photography, copywriting, design and production, as well as illuminated signage.

Incanto is a winner in the 2017 American Graphic Design Awards for Identity Design!
